HOW CAN YOU ACCESS AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION?

Your Access. If you supply us with your personal contact information, you may later access it, update it, modify it and delete any inaccuracies by accessing your account or contacting us at support@revolutioncredit.com. -Upon request RevolutionCredit will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. Please note that we generally keep a copy of the previous personal contact information for our records and for backup purposes. We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible. If you would like to review or change the details you have supplied us with, you may do so at any time by accessing your account on the Site. You may also choose simply not to provide your personal contact information at the point of collection; however, you may not be able to use the Service on our Site.

We will retain and use your information as necessary to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You consent to us storing your personally identifiable information indefinitely and we will not take any measures to remove your personally identifiable information unless you contact us by sending an email to support@revolutioncredit.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. If we receive a deletion notification through our procedures, we will delete your personally identifiable information from the primary data we use for our normal business operations except we will not modify any backup data we retain that may contain your personally identifiable information.
